A project is the right choice when you want a lasting solution rather than an ongoing service. You pay once, and the solution is yours from then on.

Suits you when

The need is well defined and can be described in a few sentences
The work can be done in about a week, not as a months-long project
The solution can be introduced in stages
Something existing needs a fix, and access to the code or website can be arranged

Not a fit when

The same document work comes round every month – then the monthly service is cheaper
It is a large systems project or a replacement for your ERP
The system needs round-the-clock cover or makes decisions about people

We are a small business and don't try to be a software house. If your need is bigger than we can handle, we say so straight away in the assessment – we don't take on work in the hope that it will somehow sort itself out along the way.

What about integrations between systems?

They are possible, but the outcome always depends on the interfaces (APIs) offered by the systems you use. That is why we don't promise them in advance.

We look at the options in the assessment. If the integration can be done with a sensible amount of work, we'll tell you so, along with the price. If it can't, we'll say that plainly too.

Putting AI to work, as a project

We act as your company's AI specialist for the duration of a defined project. We bring the tools, the know-how and the judgement about where AI helps and where it doesn't.

Assessment: where it would really help

We go through your company's day-to-day work and identify the points where AI brings measurable benefit. We also tell you where it isn't worth it.

Roll-out and bedding in

The tools put into use and your staff up to speed. Practical guides and templates for the work your team actually does.

AI solutions built into your work

Customer service assistants, sorting of material and content production – built around your company's own processes and material.

Obligations in order

The transparency obligations of the EU AI Act became applicable on 2 Aug 2026. We build the features they require into our solutions, such as disclosure that AI is being used. Responsibility for meeting the obligations lies with the company deploying the system – in the assessment we explain what that means in your case.

We don't sell AI for its own sake. If a task is better handled by ordinary software or by a person, that is what we recommend. Nor do we give legal advice – when it comes to interpreting the AI Act, we answer for what we ourselves build.

How a project runs

The price before the work, ownership after it

Free assessment. We go through what you need, what work keeps repeating and where your time really goes.
Fixed quote. You get the price, schedule, content and limits in writing before anything starts. No hourly billing.
Build and roll-out. We build the solution, test it and put it into use with you. The build usually takes about a week from when the necessary material has arrived.
Ownership passes to you. The solution and its source code are your company's property. Errors are corrected free of charge.

Maintenance and further development are agreed separately, and only if there is a need for them. We don't tie you to a monthly fee you don't need.

Open-source components used in the build remain under their own licences – we always tell you what has been used and on what terms.

How is the price set?

There is no public price list, because every project is a different size. The price depends on what the solution needs to do, how many sources or systems are involved and how ready the source material is.

You get your own price in writing after the assessment, and it is fixed. If you later want to add something outside the quote, the price of the extra work is agreed in writing before it starts.
