When the same work keeps coming back, it isn't worth doing by hand

The monthly service is built for recurring document work. You keep the material and the decisions; we do the putting together.

Suits you when

  • The same document work comes round weekly or monthly
  • The information exists, but pulling it into finished form takes up someone's working time
  • The result takes the same form every time: a report, a quote, a summary or a cleaned-up spreadsheet
  • You don't want to buy and learn a new tool or hire anyone

Not a fit when

  • You need a one-off solution or a tool of your own – then a project is the right choice
  • The content requires calculations, sizing or an expert opinion
  • You need on-call cover or same-day delivery
How it works

Four steps, two of them yours

  1. Getting started. We agree which documents we produce, which template we follow and who on your side approves the result. The first assignment is free of charge.
  2. You send the material. By email, in whatever form you have it: notes, photos, spreadsheets, old documents.
  3. We produce the finished result. Following the agreed template. Missing or conflicting information is flagged, not guessed. A person checks every delivery.
  4. You approve. You check the content before use. Errors are corrected free of charge, and you also get one round of changes to suit your preferences.

The delivery time starts when all the necessary material has arrived – not when you place the order. We let you know about holidays and absences in advance.

What does one assignment mean?

The material for one piece of work and the one finished result produced from it. For example:

  • a report for one job site
  • one quote based on the details of one request for quotation
  • one month's summary
  • one spreadsheet or batch of files cleaned up

An assignment is work done, not a tool built. If you need software, an automation or a dashboard, that is a separate project with its own quote.

Exceptionally large pieces of work are priced separately – we always tell you beforehand, never afterwards.

A single assignment without a monthly package costs 90–150 € depending on scope.

No VAT is added to the prices: the business falls below the small-business threshold in the Finnish VAT Act, so you pay exactly the list price. If this changes, we will let you know before the next billing period.

Before you start

What if the month's assignments aren't enough?

Additional assignments are priced individually, at 90–150 € depending on scope. If your need is consistently higher, the Extended package works out cheaper.

Who is responsible for the accuracy of the content?

You supply the information and approve the result; we are responsible for the work being done as agreed. We don't calculate prices, quantities or technical values, and we don't give expert opinions.

Do you use AI?

Yes, as part of doing the work. We primarily use services in which material is not used to train models, and a person checks every result before delivery. You can always ask for your material not to be processed with AI tools. More information in the privacy notice.

Can I stop at any time?

Yes. The notice period is one month, and there are no other commitments.

When would a tool of my own work out cheaper?

If the volume grows large enough, building your own tool becomes cheaper over time than a monthly subscription. We'll tell you plainly where that line falls in your case – we won't keep you on a subscription you've outgrown.
