How pricing works

Two ways to buy help from us

In brief, before the details: choose based on whether you need a one-off solution or ongoing help with recurring work.

1. Software job

One-off work. For example a website, an internal tool or an automation that is yours once it is finished.

  • Price: always agreed in advance, in writing and fixed. There is no public price list, because every job is a different size.
  • No monthly fee: you pay once, the agreed price.

2. Monthly service

An ongoing monthly fee for finished work. For example reports, quotes and other recurring document work.

  • Price: 390–690 €/mo, full price list below.
  • You can stop at any time: 1 month's notice.
Software work

We build what your company needs

The most common needs for which small and medium-sized companies seek software help – and which we deliver at a fixed price.

Getting your data in order

Messy information into a structured form – done properly once, not by hand every week.

  • Data clean-up and migrations. Messy spreadsheets put in order, data moved from an old system to a new one.
  • Document reading and data extraction. Invoices, reports and scanned attachments turned into a readable form – from PDFs and images into a spreadsheet or data ready for your system.

Reports and tools

The full picture in one place, without a hand-compiled monthly summary.

  • Reports and summaries. A regular report or view that brings the data together in one place.
  • Simple internal tools. A lightweight interface for one specific need: logging, checklists, calculators. An alternative to a spreadsheet that has grown too big.

Automations and document templates

A recurring task that takes care of itself, looking the same every time.

  • Focused automations. File processing, data extraction, sending messages at an agreed time.
  • Document templates and forms. Recurring documents generated from a template or a completed form, always looking the same and without copy-pasting.

Websites and web services

Fast, accessible and free of needless tracking – including fixes to what you already have.

  • Company websites and landing pages, form services and simple customer portals.
  • Fixes and updates. A broken form, outdated content or a feature that doesn't work on your current website or tool. A small, well-defined job at a fixed price.

Not just time savings – new routes to sales too

Some of these solutions don't just remove manual work, they also open up new ways to reach customers: a working website brings visibility in search engines and makes a new sales channel possible, and ready-made document and messaging templates speed up producing marketing material.

If your goal is to grow sales or marketing, tell us in the assessment – we'll work out together which solution serves it best.

What about integrations between systems?

They are possible, but they are rarely a small company's first need – and the outcome always depends on which interfaces the systems you use provide. That is why we don't promise them in advance.

We go through the possibility in the assessment. If the integration can be done with a reasonable amount of work, we tell you so and give you the price. If it can't, we say that plainly too, rather than starting the work and finding out halfway through.

How software work proceeds

  1. Free assessment. We go through what you need, which work repeats and where your time really goes.
  2. Fixed quote. You get the price and schedule in writing before anything starts. No hourly billing.
  3. Build and roll-out. We build the solution, test it and put it into use with you.
  4. Ownership passes to you. The solution and its source code are your company's property – you won't be left dependent on us.

Maintenance and further development are agreed separately, and only if they are needed. We won't tie you to a monthly fee you don't need.

Open-source components used in the build remain under their own licences – we always tell you what has been used and on what terms.

The price depends on what you need, so we don't publish a price list for projects. You get your own price in writing after the assessment, and it is fixed.

A project and a monthly subscription are different things: a monthly fee buys capacity that is used up within the month, a project buys a finished tool that stays yours, source code included.

What we're a good fit for – and what we're not

A good fit for us

  • A well-defined need that can be described in a few sentences
  • Something that can be built in a week, not a months-long project
  • A solution that can be rolled out in stages
  • A fix to something existing, once access to the code and site can be arranged

Not a fit for us

  • Large system projects and replacing entire ERP systems
  • Critical systems that require round-the-clock on-call support
  • Solutions that make decisions about people

We are a small operator and don't try to be a software house. If your need is bigger than we can handle, we'll say so straight away in the assessment – we don't take on work in the hope that it will somehow sort itself out along the way.

We do it for you

You don't need a tool, you need the result

This work can be automated to a very large extent – and we automate it with our own tools. You don't have to acquire, learn or maintain them. You send the material and get the finished result for a fixed monthly price.

Reports and documentation

You send: job site details and notes scattered here and there
You get: a finished report for the client, the authorities or your own archive

Delivery in 2 business days

Quotes

You send: prices and technical details in whatever format they're in
You get: a ready-to-send quote document in your company's look

Delivery in 1 business day

The same principle works for much more

The principle is the same whatever the document: you send the information, we put it into finished shape.

See what else we do by agreement
  • Meeting minutes from a recording
  • Onboarding guides and user instructions
  • Customer bulletins and newsletters
  • Process descriptions
  • Proofreading and copy-editing
  • Presentation materials
  • Cleaning up and standardising spreadsheets
  • Categorising feedback and tickets
  • Product descriptions
  • Marketing copy
  • Translations Finnish–English–Swedish

If the volume grows large enough, building your own tool will over time become cheaper than a monthly subscription. We'll tell you plainly where that line falls in your case – we won't keep you on a subscription you have outgrown.

What does one assignment mean?

The material for one piece of work and the one finished result it produces: a report, a quote, a cleaned-up spreadsheet, an extracted dataset or similar. In practice, for example, the details of one job site, one month's material or the starting information for one request for quotation.

An assignment is work done, not a tool built. If you need software, an automation or a view, that is a separate build with its own quote – not part of the monthly subscription.

Exceptionally large pieces of work are priced separately – we always tell you in advance, never afterwards.

The delivery time starts when all the necessary material has arrived – not from the time of ordering. We give advance notice of holidays and absences.

A single assignment without a monthly package costs 90–150 € depending on its scope.

No VAT is added to the prices: our business falls below the small-business threshold of the Finnish VAT Act, so you pay exactly the list price. If this changes, we will let you know before the next billing period.

AI expertise

AI as part of your company – without an in-house expert

We act as your company's AI expert. We bring the tools, the know-how and the judgement about where AI helps and where it doesn't.

Assessment: where it would really help

We go through your company's day-to-day work and identify the points where AI brings measurable benefit. We also tell you where it isn't worth it.

Adoption and bedding in

Tools put into use and staff trained to use them. Practical guides and templates for the work you actually do.

AI solutions built into your work

Customer service assistants, categorising material and content production – built around your company's own processes and data.

Obligations in order

The transparency obligations of the EU AI Act became applicable on 2 Aug 2026. We build the features they require into our solutions, such as labelling the use of AI. Responsibility for meeting the obligations lies with the company deploying the system – in the assessment we explain what that means in your case.

We don't sell AI for its own sake. If a task is better handled by ordinary software or by a person, that is what we recommend. Nor do we give legal advice – when it comes to interpreting the AI Act, we are responsible for what we ourselves build.

Limitations

What we don't do

These limits are worth knowing in advance. They keep the price fixed and the division of responsibility clear.

  • We don't calculate prices, quantities or technical values – you supply the numbers
  • We are not responsible for the technical or legal accuracy of the content
  • We don't handle official approvals or give expert statements
  • We don't build systems that make decisions about people – recruitment, assessment or credit decisions
  • We don't provide round-the-clock on-call support – response times are agreed in writing in advance

You approve, we are responsible for the build

In software work, we are responsible for the solution working as agreed. In finished work, we format your material – the content and its accuracy remain in your hands.

Both are reviewed by a person before delivery.

Getting started costs nothing

The first assignment is free of charge. For technical work, the assessment and quote are free.
